My Story

My name is Adler Armstrong and I am the owner/operator of Armstrong Craftsmanship and Design. With nearly 15 years in this field, I pride myself in being a craftsman and creative with high standards and a great attention to detail. I am a contractor and manage home renovations from start to finish - from initial design and permitting through build-out, finishing, and punch-list - so you get one skilled partner who sees your project through every step. I also specialize in finish carpentry and woodworking, welding and fabrication, CAD design, custom cabinetry and furniture, tiling, and a wide range of handyman services.

I live in Bangor with my wife, our daughter and our dog. We moved to Maine in 2023 and fell in love with the outdoors, the slower pace, and the warm, friendly communities here - and we bring that same care and neighborly attention to every job. Based in Bangor, I also serve Greater Portland and the Midcoast.

I offer general contracting, home renovations, handyman work, custom cabinetry and furniture, kitchen and bath renovations, and more. I’ve built strong relationships with property managers and repeat clients who rely on my quality and responsiveness. I am licensed and insured in Maine (happy to provide documentation), and you can see examples of my work on the website.
